Should I get the RX Vega 64 or GTX 1080?

the current prices of gpus suck. I could only give information of the situation with old prices.

1080p -> 1060 ti / rx 580 for around 250€
1440p -> 1070 for 400€

then after 2-3 years you sell your old gpu for 100-120€ and get a current 250€ one.
