Well considering this is a Japan based dev team as well as other stuff such as the large cost differences between the PS4 and Switch dev kits, it's not that farfetched.

Aye, that and it's the type of game that I could see selling decently on the Switch itself. Also being great for on the go.

Also if we're to talk about user base size, well they did choose PC first, so I doubt they have to worry about the second and third user bases, otherwise they would have reorganised the main platform to focus on first.
