There might be a few extra bells and whistles on x1x, but people are in for a rude awakening if they think Multiplat devs are going to invest serious time or resources making it look like anything more than that.
From a logical perspective, the install base of x1x will be 0 at launch. If we look at how the og X1 is doing, its primary market will be in the US and about half of what Sony has. Theres just not really any incentive to go above and beyond here, and some of that performance advantage will be eaten by "true 4K" on x1x where the Pro can get away with Checkerboard at a fraction of the cost. Calling it now, the performance delta between the two will be nigh impossible to spot unless you pause multiplats side by side and begin zooming in on pixels.
