Pretty sure that is up to Sony to decide, so to speak. I doubt they will ask anyone else but Insomniac to make a new game and considering it seems like Sony were the ones who pulled in Insomniac for Spider-Man, I doubt Insomniac is going to say no to a new mainline Ratchet game, especially since its an IP they made and one they is actually fairly successful for them.
Dont get me wrong. Im not saying he is lying. Im merely saying that if a new game is in development, its not like he would say it is until Sony has confirmed and announced a new title. So at this point ist just |
Oh, I thought you were coming at it as if he was jerking off the team's ego by saying "oh we have the resources even though we don't." Yeah, naturally he wouldn't say "yeah we're working on it!" before Sony has lined up official word. In that same vein though, I doubt he'd outright say "we're NOT working on a Ratchet" if they were, going by the past where he's just been silent or said "there's nothing we have to discuss about Ratchet right now, let's talk about [insert other game here]." A flat-out no is more likely than not a no with this guy, not that I'm speaking for him of course.
You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt! I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading. After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
