I have played all three. Working my way through HZD right now.

UC4 is a great game all around. Best of the series I would say. I really enjoyed it.
Doom is Doom. Mindless "monotone" fast paced death and gore. It was ok, but didn't really do it for me.
HZD slowly builds up. Quite slowly. Its a big map with lots to do. After the first hour I wasn't all that impressed and a little confused. After putting around 50 hours in now, I'm liking it better than UC4.

Each one of these games has a very different style and feel to it. Also, each person has their own tastes. I've played some Witcher 3 and thought it was good, but I think HZD is better. Maybe playing more Witcher would change my mind, maybe not.

After playing both TW3 and HZD for over 50 hours I prefer HZD. TW3 has a much better start yet the story peaks early and the excessive amount of useless loot and ? spots made me feel more like a garbage collector than an adventurer. I had lost pretty much all interest in the story by the end, the game fizzled out for me. HZD had more interesting combat opportunities, better challenges (hunting lodge) plus the story gets really good towards the end. HZD went out with a bang and I'm hoping there will be a sequel.
If you only play 10 hours of each, TW3 >>> HZD, complete the games HZD >>> TW3.
