I'm not a fan of conducting any business online. True story, I just made my first amazon purchase last week. :) 2 32gb Vita memory cards. I hated setting up 2 accounts, one for the post office service (my stuff gets delivered there), and one for Amazon. That's now done, but Amazon will be a last resort whenever possible. I remember when pizza places started with online ordering close to 20 years ago, I was like, WTF? How could this possibly be any more convenient than making a phone call? The answer is: it wasn't. At least not then. As for your barbershop issue: I always make appointments, so I'd be calling ahead every time anyways. There have been a few times I called ahead on the day I needed it and got lucky, but the 2 places I go are almost never able to accommodate same day appointments, much less walk-in's.
