idk... if you mug someone because your desperate for money, and somehow it goes wrong and you accidentally shoot someone... that seems "less" vile and evil, than these people that carry around acid to throw into the faces of people.
There needs to be harsh punishment for these sorts of things, its not a practical joke, and liveing a long life in constantly pain (and or blind), with a disfigoured face, because some random creep thinks its fun to throw acid at people... that creep should spend a loooong time in jail.
