I upgraded and I only have a 1080p TV and it was worth it to me. The store is so much faster now. I always thought the store was a little slow from internet speed but it was the system itself. I buy everything digital so this is a big plus for me.
Also you still get some enhancements with a 1080p TV just not as much. Plan to get a 4k around BF anyways. Just have no idea what I will do with my LG 60" TV. Might just sell it and get whatever I can back.
