False. Arguing/Criticising companies can move the Earth.
I mean, that's what forced Microsoft to remove always-online DRM, Kinect, Free up more hardware resources for developers, lower their consoles price and so on.
It's what forced Sony to dramatically cut costs with the Playstation 3 to make it more attractive to more consumers, fix it's online network and so on.
You would be surprised how much consumers can make a company change their policies if enough consumers voice their opinion, we have more power than you think you know.
