I am an Operations Manager VP at a large world wide bank. That's basically a manager of managers level. At that job I am average. My biggest opportunity is doing a better job of managing up and all the areas that entails. What I am exceptional at is the individual department I run. My knowledge and experience there is definitely among the top in the world.
