Well, it's looking like the final poll will be between Nintendo games, regardless of the reault of this poll.

Yes indeed. I'm not much of a Nintendo fan, but I had to be fair.

No surprised there. This website is fairly heavy on Nintendo fanbase but it doesn't take away the merit of the actual games though.

I have learned that this site must be composed of at least 40 to 50% Nintendo faithful. Maybe 60%. That leaves all non-Nintendo fans to vote between Sega, Xbox, PlayStation, Atari, etc. So this poll never had a chance of success outside of Nintendo players. It's unfortunate, but this is decided by the Vgchartz members, so this is what the members want. I wanted to be fair, so I was.

Four whole polls and only one game from my top 10

I didn't know you loved Goat Simulator that much.

Super Metroid was brought up more than once. Maybe several times. I've never played through all off it, but that last boss scene was amazing!

Super Metroid was the first game that I found myself longing to play.  I remember hurrying some from school to play, staying up past my bedtime, making up reasons not to do other things....

Pitfall, Super Metroid, Halo: CE, and Destiny are probably the games that impacted my life the most.  Pitfall got me into gaming as a little kid.  Super Metroid I just explained.  Halo: CE reminded me of how awesome gaming can be for adults, and Destiny pulled me back into hardcore gaming.

If I had more room, I would have put Pitfall, Centipede, Asteroids, and more Atari Classics. I figured that Pac-Man was the only one to have a slight chance at winning though. I had thought about Destiny too, but I ran out of room!

There are just waaaay too many Zelda fanboys.
Streets of Rage 2 blows away every single game on this list for me. And it's not even close. One of the best soundtracks of all-time and it's just such a classic game.

I personally think Streets of Rage 2 is one of the best games ever made. I would put it in my personal top ten, friend. I just played it again recently! Younger gamers should get this on virtual console or PSN/Xbox live to see how it still holds up today.
