Greatly reduced employment options.
More isolated from the outside world, one less connection.
No singing/playing instruments.
Many party games you cannot play.
life-threatening in certain situations. Unable to hear alarms or instructions, confusion in dangerous situations.
If you have children, or are going to adopt children, you will never hear their voice or laughter again, or ever. Just as you will never hear the voice of anyone you love again.
You won't be able to hear people laughing or crying, you won't hear thunder or the birds, or the rain, or the traffic as you are crossing the road. You will miss so many things and be oblivious to events around you.
You use hearing 24/7, for everything. Not just for entertainment but as a connection to everything around you. The feeling of helplessness and isolation from losing it would be great, everyone choosing their penis over hearing would quickly learn to regret that decision.

I don't think so. I think this may be true to you, but I doubt it's the case for everyone. Conversely, I doubt a deaf person would give their junk up for the ability to hear. Not just people born without hearing, but even people who have lost the ability to hear lead very normal lives. They have a lot of support and access to just about everything everyone else does sans the sound...including sex.
