PS+ prices increasing in some regions on August 31st

I was able to find $49.99 cards in my local Target a couple of months ago here in the USA.  They were hanging right next to the new $59.99 ones.  

Wow. You'd think the old ones would have been gone by then. I haven't seen a 50 dollar card since last fall.
