Thats a shame for you, works great for me. I think i had one little issue with a cloud save however got recovered quickly. 

Playing Horizon 3 in 4k on PC is amazingly good and its just the tip of the ice berg. 

Steam on launch had way more issues than Win10 did yet Steam grew to be my primary gaming place. 

Win10 store is only going to improve and get bigger especially since majority of Xbox games including BC wont be on Steam.

Yep, W10 worked well enough for everything else, but for skype and the like I had to use external camera and mic. But I have no issue with the OS in itself. Good that you are having a good time on FH3.
