The news, part two:

Songbringer trailer shows off a collection of fearsome bosses
http://www.pcgamer.com/songbringer-trailer-shows-off-a-collection-of-fearsome-bosses/
Procedurally generated action RPG Songbringer takes plenty of inspiration from the original Zelda, but as we wrote back in February, with the addition of hundreds of weapons and hallucinogenic cacti. There's also a tophat that doubles as a boomerang and a humming nanosword you can use to slice up baddies and bosses, who lurk at the bottom of Songbringer's dungeons.

With Destiny 2’s divisive open beta still in our rearview mirrors, today Bungie revealed Coldheart, a new exotic weapon coming to the sequel. It’s nice to see new toys, but Coldheart will likely cause some division of its own: it’s a pre-order exclusive that won’t be available to all players until December 5, 2017.

Junkrat will be reworked on the next Overwatch PTR
http://www.pcgamer.com/junkrat-will-be-reworked-on-the-next-overwatch-ptr/
Overwatch's Junkrat doesn't get much love these days. His grenades and mines can be powerful when they land, but their imprecise nature—combined with Junkrat's limited means of mobility—means the hero sees little play in higher-skill and professional tiers.

Solstice Chronicles: MIA trailer showcases a twin-stick shooter with a 'tactical twist'

Solstice Chronicles: MIA, so its Steam page says, is a "tactical twist on twin-stick shooters." I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure what that means, but there's lots of gunfire and explosions, some grim, grimy environments, spots of silliness here and there, and a drone that promises to properly mix things up. It's also got a pretty decent new trailer, put out today by developer Ironward to mark the game's release.

Mighty No. 9 physical editions finally ship, and they're disappointing too

Things have not gone smoothly for Mighty No. 9, the game that was infamously billed as "better than nothing" last year. It was delayed multiple times. It wasn't very good. And the boxed edition of the game, promised at the $60 Kickstarter tier, has been nowhere to be seen. Until now, that is: As reported by Kotaku, the boxes and manuals have finally started arriving. And in perfect Mighty No. 9 form, they're completely half-assed.

Law Mower is a game about mowing lawns and killing anyone who tries to stop you

"Law Mower is a game about one man's epic journey to achieve his life's purpose—to cut every blade of grass in the world," the Steam description explains in words that stir my very soul. But it's not just the grass that needs cutting.
