The most annoying thing about Japanese sales threads here and on gaf are the pessimists who never get tired of moaning week after week how bad the sales are. Japan has been declining like half a decade now, no need to shit on sales milestones you were ridiculing about not being possible. A few years ago the prevalent predictions were that PS4 would sell 5-6M tops in Japan.
Japanese home sales may never recover to Gen 5-6 levels and that's okay, as long as their devs make up for it with sales in Asia and the West, which they seem to be doing just that this gen.
