Well women do have finally recieved specialized armor molds in 2016 after having to wear the male ones for years, wich put them at a significant disatvantage in combat.
Women have shorter torsos and smaller waists as well as wider hips, so the male molds would press in at all sorts of places they weren't designed to put pressure on and provide insufficient protection.
Not that I want to endorse Superman4s inane comment in any way. I just wanted to point out that women and men have been wearing exactly the same armor in the US military. So much so, that it was detrimental to womens health and safety.
