Absoloute night and day.  Gutting your penis and tucking it in leaving it non functional as nature intended is mutilation.

 

A woman with breast implants can still breast feed and do with them as they were deaigned to do.  Saying the they are same thing is nothing short of a joke and a poor attempt at a point.
