They dont. They had a local news story with a bunch of 14 year old girls dressed like thots, all with the parents who drove the girls to the house just standing there.
I think any parent that allows their underage girl to dress in a scantily way like that and drives them to their 20 year old idol should automatically get their parent's license revoked.
