one is a major inconvenience and takes away a comfortable aspect in life (whether sex or just the tract the blatter goes through; would you have to use a tube then?), the other two literally could make life extremely difficult and challenging
this is a no brainer. Sight+hearing are infinitely more important than the sexual organ imo. Obviously anyone would be pretty bothered to lose any of the 3, but if you can't hear or see then suddenly you become essentially disabled compared to the average person in some respects.
