The bigger issue lies more in expectation, rather than if the game truly looked bad. For example, the screens from 2015 gave the impression that the visuals would look superior to what we have now, but this was also before the craze of 4K happened: Frankly, I expected a much uglier game, based on the recent comments around the net. What's there isn't that bad. Crackdown's never been about screeching-halt visuals - rather, the over-the-top action and unique artstyle. Think: Borderlands. |
Thats from a Trailer..... same with bullshots, you dont always know the end result is going to end up looking like that (which it doesnt appear too).
Why not judge it based on gameplay videos instead?
