Sony and X-box
Any reason why Nintendo isn't brought up, given that when it comes to commentary on exclusives Nintendo is a good example of both 'they sell games' and 'they aren't avaliable to everyone and are gated off' arguments? Is it just to avoid Nintendo copyright claims, or do they just not get brought up for another reason? |
it's easy
Xbox and PS are always very close in performance and hence get pretty much all the 3rd party games, so the majority of long-time gamers decide their primary (or only) console between these 2
the main ways to decide which one to get is by looking at price, performance in multiplats and ofcourse the "exclusive" games you wouldn't be able to play on the other
the last gens Nintendo consoles didn't have this vast 3rd party catalogue, so they are not part of this decision making process
