For me 5 is for a game that is not broken, but has absolutely nothing to show for. So 0 is probably for an empty disc ? ;)

 

There are actually some games that don't start at all, because they're so broken. I believe tha there are ZX Spectrum games that are like that, you can't even play them. That deserves a 0 I'd say.
