The problem with these rumours is that unless the person is in senior MS management or a senior leadership of the Xbox division they are not even going to have enough information available to them to have any idea on how much MS is or isn't investing. So if the person is in one of those areas then MS have more serious troubles of someone in a position of authority leaking shit to the web.
