So for those of you who have a Switch, what are your impressions of HD Rumble so far? Are there any games where it's particularly well used, does it feel significantly better than standard rumble?

It's actually used more subtly than I imagined it being upon hearing about it, but it's pretty cool in my experience, and the subtlety actually works to make it a bit more realistic a lot of times. Strangely enough, the game I can think of that stands out the most when it comes to the HD rumble is Fast RMX. The sensations of the varying degrees and forms of the vibration is pretty cool and feels realistic. Mario Kart 8 is pretty good with it as well, you can feel the bumps of the tracks and the reving of the engine. As a footnote - the marble mini game in 1,2 Switch was almost creepy accurate. A minor mini game obviously but just shows the capabilities of the thing.

It's nothing revolutionary, but a pretty nice improvement overall over traditional rumble I'd say.
