Soda cans might spark or they might not but they should fizz up and pop from the heat if you left them inside long enough.

I like Nayuki, she's friendly and cute, even if she is an air-head.  

The story does get pretty serious at times, especially toward the end, but Alyosha's child-like innocence is very endearing (and funny).  I like how helpless she is in the face of sweets.

Yeah, after wondering about it for awhile I did look up a video on the subject and... it sure did blow up. The can exploded with fizz everywhere. Makes the scene seem crazier after checking that out. xD

But yeah, I read some more Alyosha and she looks so cute when she discovers new things, like the magical scissors. She looked so adorable and happy using them and watching the anime xD
