Cant say I remember well what spencer said, But I do believe he said only increase first party output or invest more in it. At no point do I recall him saying it was for the x1. We might not see any of that untill next gen, so they have basically decided to just ride out this gen.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
