Weapons didn't break and vanish after a couple dozen strikes on Bloodborne. I understand the point was to encourage innovative ways to defeat enemies, but the practical effect was people stockpiling the best weapons, fearing to use them.

My point being, you're favorite game of all time is famous for other things some people do not like - fight - die - fight die. And every time you die which you do a lot, you dont spawn with full health and have to farm it. That brings nothing IMO. And thus a flawed design to me. But obviously not to you.

So I am not sure what we are trying to accomplish here. Both are great games, you like Bloodborne better, I like Zelda.
