Really good, I like Alm and Celica as mains, the exploration parts are a nice adittion that I hope can stay in future FE games and the same can be said for Mila's Turnwheel. The only downside I can think of is the ability to hold only one item per character, a real pain in the ass when coupled with the general lack of clerics to heal your units.
