Some shady shit going on with Fenerbahce, I'm copy-pasting it from Reddit:

Some shady stuff is going on with Fenerbahce and second division team Boluspor.

Fenerbahce = Team from Istanbul that plays in the Super Lig, the top division of Turkey, the team has a market value of €89 million.
Boluspor = Team from Bolu that plays in the TFF 1.Lig, the second divison of Turkey, the team has a market value of €7.1 million.

Today news came out that Boluspor signed Fenerbahce's third keeper, Ertuğrul Taşkıran, for a sum of €1 million. Ertuğrul signed with Fenerbahce back in 2010, in the 7 years since he played a grand total of 6 games with Fenerbahce and was loaned out whenever he wasn't needed, according to Transfermarkt his market value is €400k.

Boluspor has been playing in the second division since 2008, since 2008 they have spent a grand total of €76k on incoming transfers. Today they announced that they signed Ertuğrul Taşkıran from Fenerbahce for a sum of €1 million on a 1 year deal.

So Boluspor has made their most expensive signing to date, they bought a player that is worth 1/7th the team and signed him to only a 1-year deal. They also bought a keeper a couple weeks ago, Gökhan Değirmenci.

Turkish teams are known to occasionally spend money in stupid ways, except that there is a catch, Fenerbahce has been held back by the FFP rules, this morning a newspaper published the following article, which translates to:

If there is no sale, Dirar will be left off the list.

The navy blue-yellows have to notify the UEFA Europa League of the list of players by this night. The problem that is knocking on the door is that one of the new transfers might not be on the list. If Fenerbahce doesn't sell a player worth €1 million till this night, according to the deal that they made with the UEFA, they have to cut either Dirar or Valbuena from the list. They will cut Dirar if needed.

So you have a team that is forced to sell players because of FFP, they sell a player for the exact amount that is needed to clear the sanctions of the FFP. The team buying hasn't bought a player for a fee since 2008, that fee was €78k, so they buy a keeper for €1 million, 1/7th the team's actual value, even though they bought a keeper a couple weeks back, so they now have a total of 4 keepers on the team.
