Well that would be up to MS to cooperate with the other clients. Using XBL to push onto anyone else isn't winning them the day, so they may as well try opening their gates to the competition, rather than using Minecraft on Win 10 as an example.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
