Just got the gem for the level. It was hard but for me easier then that road to nowhere and the high Road level. No reason why they wouldn't include it for difficulty reasons. I think I heard then say before it wasn't ready and the game had to ship.
Anyway it was doable. The time trial will be hard because you can't die but you have 4.5mins which is a lot of time. So the hardest thing will be just doing the level without dying.
