I closed my Facebook account 2 years ago, in large part to stop pissing time away, and also because the culture of it is dreadful. It took a while, but in some ways, VGC has replaced FB as an internet "addiction". I don't consider VGC as bad as FB though. Far from it. But it has dawned on me that perhaps I spend too much time here. Not worried though. I'm doing an 10 mile walk right away, on my way to a friend's.
