it'll be nothing more. The company developing this does not have the means to do anything more, nor is it 'Atari' in the sense of the 80s company that actually was creating somewhat competitive hardware (as late as the 90s with the Jaguar).
This is just a tiny company that has the Atari name rights at this point in time. I think I heard they have a staff of like 10 employees so...
