If he thinks it's working then why is he so reluctant? Sounds more like he got yet again had to be told what he had to do by people who are smarter than him.

Breaking campaign promises left and right does not sound like a smart move to me.

Obama still got elected again.  Remember the close Gitmo, repeal Patriot Act, etc.....?  Although I do have to say Trump is a more disliked person than Obama ever was.
