The bartender could make a sex joke out of "shaken not stirred" :P
Anyways the movie "james bond" character isnt true to the "real" one from the books, the way the author invisioned.
It would just be them straying further from the orginal concept.
Part of the james bond movie character is him, seemingly always getting into bed with tons of smokeing hot "bad girls". Its basically comical, and abit of fan service.
That part wouldnt work, with a female "jane bonde".... so either they would have her bed tons of guys.... and maybe off put their fan base (try to appeal to women? get them to watch more action movies), or they would have to make up for it with haveing "jane bond" do alot of semi naughty scenes.
