Apparently not.  Because that Supreme Court decision made the The Flag Protection Act of 1989 and all other state and local laws unconstitutional and therefore unenforceable.   All of those laws are still on those books but they mean absolutely nothing legally now.

Yeah, it's unenforcable, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I've mentioned this.
