I would go so far as to say all game genres benefit greatly from 60 FPS. Even including visual novels. The smoothness and responsiveness offered by a higher framerate should not be dismissed.
If you play the Splatoon 2 Splatfest World Premiere, go through the 60FPS intro and into the 30FPS hub world... Well lets just say I had to spend a few minutes to adjust to such an environment. I got a bit sick from that.

I'm one of those people that got to really see just how much Framerate can make a difference when I got to PC. But I can see someone for instance playing a high budget strategy game at 30fps 4k ultra vs blah blah blah 60fps.
