Thats why GTA5 and other games like it that has never had any big price cuts is still always in the top spot on Steam and why some of the top selling games on steam cost "Money"..

GTA5 is an evergreen title - the PS4 version is still $60 on consoles too.

Well, the top selling games would, of course, cost money. I'm sure F2P games aren't placed in the top sellers list.
