not in europe.... till now you can play nintendo games online (multiplayer) without any monthly fees... same was till PS4...

To OP:

It's not good for XBOX in my opinion to make exclusive available on PC... then it makes no sense at all to buy a XBOX... so less XBOX sold, less exclusive...
