But how many people would these be? Non-exclusivity didn't stop some of the biggest sellers on consoles being third party titles, not exclusives. This was particularly true last generation:

In addition, for people who don't care for PC gaming, an otherwise-exclusive X1 title also available on PC should make no difference to them that it is also available on PC. GTA 5 having record sales doesn't seem to be slowed down by the game not being an exclusive.
