That's what I've been saying all along. It's really sad that the most consumer friendly console maker is the one that sells the worst.
That's what you get if you condition console players that shitty consumer hating behavior is not only acceptable but encouraged.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
