Many presidents have dealt with terrible things. But you're still the damn president. This shit is why he's viewed as a joke (not that he isn't). Hillary was cringey with her attempt to be hip, but she didn't act like an ass.

Its a goddamn tweet man. If the American media can't have any sort of decent standards, then they do deserve criticism. Just because he is president, doesn't mean he can't express his negativity towards the media and be forced to act like a robot.

And why the fuck should it matter what the world thinks of Trump? Its not as if they haven't criticized him since day one, so what makes you think people will change their mind?
