I don't know how you feel about GameStop but, at least in the past, it was pretty common for them to give you a "new" game that was opened and the case was on display. To me, that isn't new but I didn't have much choice back then. |
It still happens. It's happened to me twice with games I pre-ordered, both of which I picked up on day one. So, my question is: If they only ( usually ) open a couple of games so they have boxes to display on the shelf, WTF happened to my reserved copies, which were never meant for the shelf? Idiots!
On topic: You def did not get a new game. If it works, is in good condition, and it doesn't bother you, just swallow this one.
