This is really on EA. They make the trailer, send it out to the relevent marketing channels who then review and post to their own channels. I'm sure the YouTube PR rep for Sony watched the video without examining each frame individually and they didn't catch it, unless we are to expect that Sony has to make all of their own third party trailers?
