I'm mostly judging it based off the moves made this offseason. Although, according to rumors throughout the league, both the Nuggets and Timberwolves (yeah, they still have a TON of money) are now going after Paul Millsap. If Millsap goes to the Wolves, I'm putting them in the 2nd slot even if they dont have the bench depth. They will have 5, FIVE all-star calliber players in their starting lineup. Their bench at that point could be bums, they would still be amazing.
Also, if the Nuggets get Millsap, I'm putting them ahead of the Thunder, purely because they have more depth.
