You know what would make people not want to immigrate here? Well, there's two ways of doing that:

1. Make life here so horrible that they wouldn't want to immigrate

2. Make life there better so they don't want to emigrate.

What does "Western society" even mean? That somehow Westerners are more important?

We cant make life better there. They have to make life better in their own countries. If we get rid of borders society will collapse because then there would be a billion or more people going to the west. Social systems in europe would immediatly collapse. You cant give more than you have. There is a limit on ressources in the west. And we cant take responsibility for everyone in the world. Same as giving food aid. Which just increases the numbers of people in poor countries. Which then need more food. Its a vicious circle.

 

The west needs to stop "helping" its counter productive. And we need boarders or the small pocket of western Civilization will be crushed by billions of immigrants. We need to give the other countries space and time to develop alone. China did exactly that. India will do it too. Immigration needs to profit the country or else its not helping anyone.
