Sweden has a higher living standard than USA. Stronger economic growth (3% vs USA's 1.5%), higher minimum wage, universal healthcare, tuition free college, way fewer homeless, incarcerated per capita, gun violence, drug problems, etc. But yeah it's a third world country because of what Fox News says about immigrants to keep you voting far right to give tax breaks to the rich.
My favorite is the bold faced lie about "rape capital" which conveniently fails to mention that Sweden has the broades (and frankly most honest) definition of rape in the entire world. Not the second or third broadest. The broadest. And they file each instance of rape as a separate case unlike many other countries. 50 instances of sexual harassment in the workplace in Canada for example could be filed as 1 case of sexual harassment in Canada, but would be filed as 50 separate cases of rape in Sweden.
They get punished for being the most honest about rape and sexual assault.
If you actually think that someone is more likely to get raped in Sweden than some backwater third world country where law enforcement is majorly corrupt then your favorite documentary is probably Dumb and Dumber 2. Education is a big pronblem in USA, and Betsy Devos will make sure it gets worse.
