Lol, he worked at Sony and then MS. Sounds more like he's wanting Nintendo to hire him.
Now, it's true Nintendo focuses more on kids and casuals with their HW design. However, that doesn't always pan out. Or expand the market. Sony is the one that grew the market from one where ALL consoles combined couldn't hit 100M, to one where the market leader always passes that by itself.
