Tomo-chan wa Onna no ko! - I've said it before but, in a manga filled with martial artists and a small girl who might be the personification of Evil itself, Fluff-chan is by far the most frightening.

I'm not even kidding. Danger-sense ringing off the hook.

Anyone else read Fudatsuki no Kyoko-chan? It's about a girl named Kyoko and her brother Kenji who live alone together. Kyoko is normally kind of aloof and sarcastic, especially to her brother. She's also a type of monster-girl who lives on blood--that is, Kenji's blood. She is normally sealed by a ribbon. When that ribbon comes off, her personality changes. Kenji, for his part, became a delinquent in order to scare people away from Kyoko, so most of the school is afraid of him, though he's actually not a bad guy. He's considered a hardcore sis-con because he's always watching over Kyoko.
My favorite character is Hibino-san. She's the friendly and helpful class-rep in Kenji's class who is the only one who treats him normally. Hikari is the other important character. She's Kyoko's friend and usually attacks Kenji with her karate skills because she thinks he's a bullying sis-con.

I've been eyeing that one for a while now, more so because I read a different manga from this author: Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san.
I dunno if you've heard this one. It's about a girl and boy playing games, trying to beat each other in competitions with punishments attached, though the girl is just way too clever for the boy to beat. So it's really just the girl trolling the boy on a daily basis. It's pretty cute though, and has the same art style.

I didn't realize they were from the same author. Interesting. I read several chapters of that but then lost it in the shuffle.
Kind of funny that they have the same theme, which is where the boy ends up getting bullied a lot by girls. They have the same vibe, though Kyoko-chan has more story-progression (from the little I've read).
Edit: Also, it seems the mangaka has a thing for foreheads. It takes all kinds, I guess.
